Hello Gabe, taking an internal look at your PS5 shows that it needs a deep internal cleaning, replacement of the liquid metal (thermal paste) and an hdmi port replacement. This should produce a fully functional system.

Parts have been ordered for this repair and are expected to arrive on Monday. Repairs should be completed by Wednesday, Feb 1 given no underlying issues.
