Looking to organize custom work or a repair with us? If you are in the Las Cruces area, we are able to meet with you by appointment - but if you are not in the local Las Cruces area, or simply prefer to have your device mailed in, you have come to the right place…

How does it work?

  • We suggest that you familiarize yourself with our service costs and non-refundable diagnostic fees (found: here), and ask us to answer any of your questions, before ordering a mail-in service. You should also review our terms and conditions of services, mail-in order agreement, and limited warranty information found here as we can only work with customers who agree to these conditions. Some fees are non-refundable, and we would require payment to return a device after a diagnostic, for example, even if we are asked to cancel a scheduled service associated with that diagnostic. We just want to make sure there are no surprises.

  • For a nominal mailing fee (non-refundable), we will email you a shipping label through this service which will cover insurance of the value of your device (in case it is lost in the mail) and the costs of shipping to our location. It will also cover your return shipping costs at no extra charge. (Please note that the insured values will cover the approximate value of a used, replacement device, and not a brand-new, store bought device)

  • You will need to follow the basic shipping requirements (instructions are provided after checkout) and you can use any size box you would like so long as the weight maximum’s are not breached. We advise that you pack your device as carefully as possible as the insurance will only cover the event of a lost or damaged package, and will not cover poor shipping practices (such as a device damaged in transit because of lack of protective packaging materials, or a box that has had its contents spilled-out in the delivery process due to weak tape).

  • Once the device has arrived, the delivery person will either hand it directly to our secretary or place it safely in our steel lockbox which is securely locked and bolted into concrete, and is also overseen by a Google Nest camera. If you are curious about the lockbox that we use, it is made by another small company which we recommend and can be found here. Your device will be diagnosed and an invoice will be produced for the total cost of services. Once we agree on a final cost for services, they will be rendered and an order page will be produced including the final details of your service. The service can then be paid in full from your custom order page, and your device will be mailed back to you with tracking and delivery confirmation.
