All repairs will include one of the following diagnostic services. These service fees are rolled into the total costs of repair.
Standard Diagnostic Service - $60 (For Most Systems)
For systems that power on and have common issues easily repaired with readily available parts.
Examples: overheating, HDMI port replacement, power supply replacement, harddrive replacement, optical drive repair.
Includes one hour of labor.
Advanced Diagnostic Service - $100 (For Most Systems)
For systems needing motherboard-level diagnostics and advanced tools.
Examples: water damage, dropped systems, insect exposure, smoke damage, previous DIY attempts, graphical glitches, charging issues.
Includes two hours of labor.
There may be an additional $40 fee for severe damage (e.g., insects, smoke, liquid, improper DIY repairs - also includes one additional hour of labor).

Diagnostic Fees:
Non-Powering consoles always require an advanced diagnostic fee due to the nature of complexity of these repairs.
Power Supply Installations:
Failed power supplies are replaced with an identical, reliable (known working) part. Most systems have no way to access brand new parts, and these power supplies are typically harvested from other systems.
Motherboard Level Repairs:
In the case of motherboard level failures, an extensive diagnostic is conducted to discover the source of the powering issues. Often, the system can be recovered with replacing motherboard level components. Otherwise, it may be more cost effective to replace the motherboard.
For failed repairs:
Repair Attempt Fee: $20 per estimated hour of labor if repairs are unsuccessful or canceled. Additionally, any diagnostic fees or other fees would be due. You will always be notified of all costs before any services are completed.
