Hello Shaun, everything has been reassembled and your system is ready for pickup. Your controller was stripped down to the screws and tediously cleaned, the ribbon cable was repaired, and the system was tested.

Took an initial look at your controller - looks like it is mostly significant cosmetic damage and a broken ribbon cable.

I can repair the damaged ribbon cable and epoxy together the exterior plastics of the Halo sensor ring.
