Hello Isaiah - restored image and got your system detailed successfully… Ran into an issue with your optical drive. It does indeed accept and eject discs (as it did when it first arrived) but is unable to read discs. Is this something you would like us to address? I think we would be looking at an additional $50 to address this.

Otherwise, system is ready for pickup and can be collected at our agreed $110 pricepoint.

Hello Isaiah - ran a diagnostic on your system and things look straightforward for repairs. I plan to move forward automatically for the original quoted price of $110, and system should be ready for pickup on Saturday.

I did find that your harddrive is showing the beginning signs of failure - its stuttering and I recommend replacing it. This is optional, however, but its hard to say how much longer your harddrive will last you - i’d expect less than a year for a moderate use level gamer.

I also included a quote below (with 20% discount) for a replacement harddrive. The harddrive part would come with a 2-year warranty. Let me know if you would also like me to replace the harddrive.

Hello Isaiah, your system appears to be booting and functioning normally outside of no HDMI signal. The port is quite loose and is likely your issue.

It appears that you will need a replacement port and a detailed internal cleaning. I can do both for your system for the estimated pricing below - if the motheboard is damaged below the HDMI port, it will be likely that I will need to charge extra to replace the missing padding and areas of the motherboard. This isn’t uncommon when a port is this loose. This can add up to an additional $50 depending on the severity of the damage.
