Started work on your controller this morning, and the analog drift on your controller will be resolvable. We have two options - one that is much quicker for turnaround, and another that will take up to two months but will be a much better repair.

I can replace the worn part on the controller and have this ready for return shipment pretty quickly with my prototype circuit, but the system will often require sanding the thumbstick in order to maintain full functionality of the controller - this is likely not something you will want to due given your controller is custom.

I have a final development version of my product underway for manufacturing that will not require any sanding, and will be a much more reliable repair (the controller should last exponentially longer without analog stick drift) but the parts will not see turnaround for another two months or so.
