Hello Carolina,

Playstation 4 has been diagnosed and the system is determined healthy with needed maintenance. A detailed internal cleaning should be all that this system needs for a functional repair. System is noted to have been powered off improperly on bootup - letting the system rebuild its database and monitoring the system allowed it to boot normally. Harddrive tested healthy. System will be stripped and detailed internally, and should be ready for pickup on Saturday, 5/27.
