Hello Fabian,

Hope you are well - took an initial look at your system. It will need to be opened to try and figure out more of what is happening with the system, but a cursory look shows that the console is in great cosmetic condition but has no response whatsoever from any input. We will not be charging for a diagnostic on this system.

Hello Fabian - System appears to be in good shape outside of no signal. Please review the following estimate and let us know if we have permission to open the console. We would be looking at a $60 diagnostic / repair attempt fee. This would be the minimum owed if the console ends up being unrepairable to return the device. This is not a likely outcome from our assessment of your device.
