Hello Dominic, your controller is in overall great shape - it looks like replacing the motherboard part will resolve your issue. It is worth noting that your left analog stick is showing the very beginning signs of analog stick drift - would you like to join a program I’m working on to help build a custom part to alleviate these issues? We would set up another appointment and talk about pricing and the process.

 For the repair at hand, we are looking at $60 even to address the left bumper and detail the internals of your controller.
