Hello Shane,

Diagnostic of your PS5 revealed that the internal pin structure of your HDMI port is stressed, and a pin has loosened away from the board. As the port has been stressed and has visible damage, it will need to be replaced.

Additionally, multimeter readings of your HDMI IC showed two values that were concerning and had low resistance across their capacitors. This is highlighted in the video, and two quotes are being provided - the first quote would be if the HDMI IC does not need to be replaced.
