Galaxy Gaming Repairs
Progress Update:

Hello Mario, hope you are well!
Xbox repair is a success. I was able to get your PS3 to boot, but need a PS3 controller to access its data. If you have one to spare, it would be helpful to borrow one from you, and I can drop off your Xbox and PS4. The controllers still need to be reassembled, and I will return them with the PS3.
We would be looking at $50 for the Xbox One. Thanks!
Hello Mario, hope you are well!
I have the following devices that belong to you, and here is a quick breakdown of their issues:
Xbox One S
This system is recoverable with the following issues:
Missing HDMI Port
Damaged front USB port
New bottom case needed (missing sync button)
Missing / stripped screws
Missing C7B2 Ceramic SMT Capacitor
Missing R7B3 SMT Resistor
Damaged HDMI booster IC
Playstation 4 (Original system)
This system powers on, then off. When it is able to maintain power, it is BLOD and unable to boot. This system is not recoverable and would be returned.
Playstation 3 (Fat system)
This system is unable to boot. It is likely due to a corrupted operating system, or possible harddrive failure. Reading the harddrive resulted in passing diagnostics. The harddrive did stutter in the start of testing which may indicate a problem. It has over 30,000 hours of powered-on life. I need permission to wipe the drive, or replace the drive to continue testing this system - system would lose all saved information in the process (at least, if these systems are like PS4’s - I don’t repair many PS3’s). System also has a sticker that says non-working optical drive - I can’t confirm this or the reasons why until system is able to boot.
PS4 Controller 1 - JDM 011
Motherboard has a power short underneath ARM MB9Bf002A IC Chip. A replacement would cost $6 + shipping from China, but this is unfortunately a BGA chip and I would need to wait until I have better convection soldering equipment to repair. It would be best to sell a controller like this for parts on eBay to someone who has the equipment necessary to repair and I will be returning this controller.
PS4 Controller 2 - JDM 030
Motherboard has a power short under Atheros 3002-BL3D, ARM s6E2001G0A, and possibly underneath an unknown Mosfet. This controller cannot be recovered in a cost effective manner. ARM s6E2001G0A is also unfortunately a BGA chip and I will be returning this controller.
