Hello Amanda,

All system repairs were successful. PS4 now produces a clear image in 4K HDMI Output and all thermal materials were replaced the help ensure the system will run smoothly. $125 will be due at pickup - my cardreader is down, unfortunately, and the system will need to be picked up with cash or we can arrange an online transaction ahead of time.

Hello Amanda, system looks perfectly healthy outside of the HDMI port mishap. The person you purchased your console from did a good job of refurbishing the system - he used a fairly cheap thermal paste and did not replace the thermal padding. I will be doing both, and will be deducting $25 from your repair costs due to how clean this system is internally.

We would be looking at $125. Please review the following and let me know if you would like to proceed with repairs.
