System repairs are completed and your system is ready for pickup. I did notice that the system reads and takes / ejects discs, but will not install them - I’m fairly confident this is because the system has a passcode lock, but I’m not entirely sure.

Hello Neal,

System seems to be operating normally overall (outside of the HDMI signal). It looks very likely that all that you will need is a replacement HDMI port, and no other motherboard soldering or replacements. A detailed cleaning would also be conducted as well as a replacement of thermal materials and padding (the main chip thermal paste was especially dried out).
