Hello Nancy,

Your Nintendo Switch appears healthy outside of the rail damage on the right side, and the controller that belongs there isn’t able to dock even on a fully functional / normal Nintendo Switch.

We would repair the rail, make sure the controller is able to dock, detail the entire system and offer a 1-month warranty for the rail, overheating, and controller docking issues for the quite below. Please let me know if you would like me to proceed with repairs. Thanks!
