Hello Jacob, hope you are well!
Just wanted to reach out and share that your system has been reassembled, and we will need to figure out an alternative solution.
We were indeed able to replace your analog sticks, and were able to calibrate to center, but ran into a fairly common issue where your controller is no longer able to reach its full axis. This will be repairable when our new circuit design is developed, but it will be another couple of months more than likely before this would be ready for return mailing.
I would like to offer the following optons:
We would be happy to purchase your controller from you for $35
We can maintain the original price that was provided for you and are willing to mail you a brand new, store-bought controller in an unopened package.
We can wait until the developed parts come in, and would upgrade your controller to our better analog sticks that should last 10 times longer than the original, factory product.
We can come up with another solution…
Let us know what you’re thinking…

Hello Jacob! Controller is in good condition outside of the analog stick drift - we have two options of approaching the problem, and both options will result in a fully functional repair with their individual advantages and disadvantages:
We repair using standard (factory) analog parts. This will result in a fully functional repair, but factory parts tend to fail quickly.
We repair using our custom parts that are currently being developed. We would ask for payment upfront and repairs would take up to two months, but, the final product would last up to 10x longer than factory products.
Let us know how you would like to proceed. Thanks!
