Hello Nazreth,

Came across a pretty major problem with your controller - it looks like your main microcontroller (responsible for logic and the input functions of your controlller) is failing. This would be a $60 replacement part from what i’ve seen online, and there is a limited amount of parts and high demand… This brings us to needing to come up with a new plan:


  1. We would be happy to purchase your controller from you for $40. With Black Friday around the corner, hopefully that will put you a little closer to buying a brand new Elite 2 Controller.

  2. We can cancel repairs and return your controller for $35

  3. We can see if we can come up with another solution…

Hello Nazreth, hope you are well!


Took a good initial look at your controller. Looks like both analog sticks are having trouble with drift, your RB button is out, and your back paddle is out. This will be a fair amount of maintenance.


If you are interested, I am developing a brand new part that effectively upgrades your analog sticks for much less wear and tear - its what I pitched at Aggie Shark Tank. It would take about two months, but I can install these parts for a much more reliable repair that should last years as opposed to months.
